Integral Rules...+Trig Bonus!

Hey guys,
Per Hayes' request, I have uploaded my notes on integrals. No spicing it up or anything, these scans are more or less raw. I just stripped away the original examples and left only the rules under each heading in order to maximize your studying experience.
As an added bonus, I have also scanned the handy "Trig triangles". These are most likely going to be very useful for the non-calculator part.

COULD someone please explain the fouth trig derivatives problem where it's sin(cos(2x))
i get how u get the 2sin2x but I'm confuzzled with the cos(cos2x)
