Help!

COULD someone please explain the fouth trig derivatives problem where it's sin(cos(2x))
i get how u get the 2sin2x but I'm confuzzled with the cos(cos2x)

  1. the sine changes to cos of everything thats inside so u get cos(cos2X)

  2. Right! You start off by just taking the derivative of the original trig function you have... which is sin. So the deriv of sin is cos and remember you keep the same angle... hence cos(cos(2x)). Then after that you start in with the chain rule... so you take the deriv of what's inside... which is cos(2x)... and like you said you know how to go from there.
