Here's my contribution.

Visual Calculus
http://archives.math.utk.edu/visual.calculus
This site gives flash slideshows for all your basic calc concepts, as well as many example problems. It tells you what rules each solution utilizes as well. It helped me survive, and it will help you.

S.O.S. Math - Calculus
http://www.sosmath.com/calculus/calculus.html
This site outlines the concepts similarly to the textbook, but you may find it easier to follow and faster to access. If you're going through a new concept, this is a good place to start. Also a source of example problems.

Those are all the useful links I have for now, but I may have more in a future. If you have trouble with a problem, post it and I'll take a hack at it. God knows I have the time.
